What kind of snaps do you use for your bandanas?

We use KAM snaps® which are made from a BPA-free plastic and is in compliance with CPSIA regulations. They are durable and safe for pets.

All snaps are color coordinated with each bandana to either majority color or a complimenting contrasting color. We also can use custom color snaps if we have them available. Just let us know before placing your order!

What are your product tags made of?

Our product tags are make of natural, vegan, PETA certified, eco friendly cork. The process of harvesting cork is environmentally friendly since the bark is carefully stripped of a Cork Oak tree without harming the tree and extends the life of the tree by increasing its CO2 absorption.

What size should I get my dog?

Please refer to our sizing guide. Please reach out to us if you have any additional questions or need help finding the correct size.

Do you make custom orders?

If there is a specific print or idea that you would like us to create, please contact us. We love custom orders and working with you! We do charge a little extra for these since we may not be able to reuse any extra materials required.

Bandanas:

Please measure your pet's neck for proper sizing. Each bandana is made to order based on the sizing you select.

How to measure for bandanas:
Use a soft measuring tape to measure your pet’s snug neck circumstance to ensure proper fit. We add the extra inches to make sure it fits comfortably so please don’t add that to your measurement.

**If your pet is close to top end of the sizing OR has long/fluffy fur, we recommend choosing one size larger. If overly fluffy, choose two sizes larger.

If you need the bandana to be shorter, simply roll the top side of the bandana until it’s at the desired length.

How to measure for collars:
Use a soft measuring tape to measure your pet’s snug neck circumstance to ensure proper fit. The measurements below is the circumference of the collars. If you are towards the higher end of the measurement and fits in the next size, go up a size.

All of our products are made-to-order. This allows us to create more availability and sizing options for our customers and helps reduce waste. Because we begin hand-making our products after your order is placed, processing times can vary depening on demand. Please see below for our current processing times. This is the timeframe BEFORE your item ships.

Current Processing Time: 5-7 weeks

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive once shipped. We use USPS as our shipping vendor and current shipping rates.

Once the package is dropped at the post office and scanned, we are relieved of any and all responsibility, especially shipping delays or lost packages.We are not responsible for any returned items. Please make sure to double check your shipping information before placing your order. We are not responsible for any additional international shipping/customs fees.

All of our products are currently made to order which means we make them as soon as your order is placed. This ensures we can create more options for our customers and reduce waste. But, this also means that we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges as we cannot guarantee we will have the same fabric/design available for replacement.

Additionally, because we make all items to order, all sales are final.
