Shipping

Some of our products are pre-made and ready to ship! Anything that is marked “Custom” is made to orders. This means that, if you place an order for a pre-made item, as soon as you place your order, we only need to pack it and ship it off. If you place an order with a “Custom” item, we start making your order as soon as you place the order. If you place an order with both a pre-made item AND a custom item, we will not ship your order until we complete the custom item and your order will fall under the Custom items processing time. 

Current Processing Time: 

Pre-made items: 2-3 business days
Custom items: 7-12 business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive once shipped. We use USPS as our shipping vendor and current shipping rates.

Once the package is dropped at the post office and scanned, we are relieved of any and all responsibility, especially shipping delays or lost packages. We are not responsible for any returned items. Please make sure to double check your shipping information before placing your order. We are not responsible for any additional international shipping/customs fees.
